If we can avoid a call or text and find the answer with just a mouse-click, then that is time and aggravation saved.

Take advantage of the apps and websites some of the companies have created. Through them you can create an account and manage most of your account.

Call us before calling the company if you want to know how filing a claim might affect your policy. In most cases, you won’t have a choice; you must inform the company, such as when an accident involves injury or damage to an auto beyond repair. Some claims may be better paid from your pocket if you have a high deductible or if the amount of damage doesn’t warrant the increase in premium for the next five years.

You can find the claim phone number on your insurance ID card. Many insurance companies allow you to submit basic information about a loss online. Here are links to the ones who do:
